Case Study: Promise
BABS has been working with Promise since December 2003. They are the world’s foremost experts in co-creation.
The Promise Index is a customer research tool which measures the gap between brand image and customer experience and was created as a smart way to attract the attention of the UK’s top 150 service brands.
Now in it’s 5th year The Promise Index continues to develop new and interesting ways for brands to measure their effectiveness against their competitors, and acts as an early warning system to the health of these brands, giving us access to senior and board level contacts within these businesses. 

On the back of a PR article in Marketing Magazine and an ongoing email marketing campaign BABS has arranged over 100 meetings with our target audience, and with annual updates to the data we continue to keep in close touch with this audience, creating on average 3 meetings a month.
Promise are meeting and working with the brands that everyone wants to talk to. 
They are committed to developing new ideas to support the new business process. This includes Promise Communities which is opening up conversations with a whole new audience of FMCG brands.
